SACVI can be booked for private event use as described below from Monday through Saturday.
No private event should interfere with the services of Gurdwara Sahib / SACVI on Sunday or Wednesday. (Check News and Events page for Services and timings)
Payment is required at the time of booking.
Transportation of Jatha for Private Event outside of Gurdwara Sahib, is to be taken care of, by the sponsor.
For Private events:
Harmonium money goes to Raagi Jatha.
Gratuity goes to Granthi Bhaisahib or as per wishes of a sponsor. (All bhaisahib may share the money among themselves as per their wishes)

SACVI Facility is NOT to be used, for cooking, for any personal events happening outside of SACVI. Only exceptions are, members of SACVI will be allowed to use kitchen to cook for Weddings or Path held at places other than Gurudwara Sahib for a cost.
